We can proceed immediately once our litigation funding budget is achieved. If the budget is not achieved your contribution will be returned to you in full upon production of the official receipt.
That is, you are contributing to a public fund as funds held in trust.
You do not need to be a member to contribute. You are assured your contributions are made with anonymity. Contributors names cannot be searched, made public or otherwise discovered in legal proceedings. Only the AACCI committee and our auditor have the details.
Effective and lasting change can ONLY be achieved through the court process! We will pursue proceedings for the approved public objects of the Chamber. Those objects are To foster, Preserve, Maintain and Develop aviation on Archerfield Airport (primarily), other secondary airports and nationally. This will benefit every aviation user of these airports forever more.
Fightback Fund (Trust Fund)
The fund is authorised pursuant to Certificate of Sanction CP5047 issued by the State Government under the Collections Act 1966 and is solely for the approved public objects (refer above). This fund is audited. All monies are required to be dealt with pursuant to section 31 of the Collections Regulations 2008 as if part 3 of the Trusts Act 1973 applied.
